17 10．Meeting Room After you start a meeting, click either the ⑨[Publish] button located on top of a VIDEO PALLETE or a ⑯ACTION window which is displayed when you select participants in a ⑩MEMBER window. You or other participants selected in a MEMBER window will be displayed in a VIDEO PALETTE, also sound distribution will be started. In a meeting room, an action explanation popup will be displayed when you hold the mouse pointer on each action button for a certain time. ※Click [allow] in case a dialog is displayed which requires permission for video and sound distribution to start. ※In case a web camera is not connected, you can distribute a picture you set up in a [profile] with a sound instead of a video by clicking [PUBLISH]. ⑥ Time extension button Use to extend the ending time of a meeting. ⑦ Leave room button You can leave the room display and return to a meeting reservation window. ⑧ Help button Loads a browser and displays how to use POWER­LIVE. ③ WEB button Displays a URL input window of a simple Web display function. When you enter a URL here and click the [OPEN] button, a popup browser of the URL will be displayed on every participant’s screen. ④ Vote button Turns on/off a vote window. ⑤ Download button Downloads a selected file. ⑨ VIDEO PALETTE window When you click the [PUBLISH] button on top of the window, it distributes video of you and your voice.  When you click a [Display video window] button in a ACTION window which is displayed when you select a participant in a MEMBER window, it distributes video and voice of a selected participant.  You can change the location of the window freely by dragging and dropping. ② Text button Turns on/off a text window. ① Chat button Turns on/off a chat window. ⑬ LiveOut tab Distributes a part of your desktop display to all other participants’white boards. ⑭ Document tab Displays a vDoc Document Share file uploaded to a server and enables users to share the file.  It is also possible to upload a file temporally from a local source in this window. ⑮ Note tool You can take notes on any windows such as a WhiteBoard, a Camera, a LiveOut or a Document. ⑯ ACTION window It is possible to open a participant’s video window.  You can even expel a participant from the meeting room if necessary. ⑫ Camera tab You can distribute video with sound to a big screen. ⑪ WhiteBoardTab （You cannot use this function with only guest authority.）You can write on a white board with a writing tool. ⑩ MEMBER window Displays a list of participants who made a reservation for the meeting.  People who are attending the meeting at the present time are represented by a green (human shape) icon. ※You can use this function depends on your authorization.
