15 ７．Change registered information（Profile) Click the [profile] button, then a profile edit window will be displayed. You can change registered information except for user authority, the group you belong to, and the valid period. You have to enter information for items with the * mark. After entering each item, click the [determine] button to renew information. ※You can use this function depends on your authorization. 8. Group name list You can refer to information of group members for groups you belong to. It is possible to refer to authority, group, name, email address and homepage address (URL). You can send email from this window. Also, you can connect to a homepage directly. * * * * * You can put up a picture you like. In case a web camera is not connected, you can distribute the picture by clicking the picture distribution button [Publish] in the meeting room. It is possible to send email or connect to homepages. The nickname displayed in the meeting room can be changed. It is displayed in the room at the uninput as "***".
