11 You can display a text log that you made in the meeting. When you click a [text log] in the reservation edit, a [text log] will be open (shown/displayed). Text subject you saved will be displayed in the left window. When you click the subject, a context of the text will be displayed in the right window. You can delete the text log by clicking the subject in the leftwindow and click [delete log] in the right window. 5－７ Text log 杉山 木村 金子 鈴木 A list of participants of the meeting can be displayed. Click ［Attendance confirmation］ in a reservation edit window, then a [List of participants] will be displayed. A green human shaped icon next to a person’s name indicates that he/she is an attendee, a gray icon indicates he/she is an absentee. 5－８ List of participants Delete log button Text subject Context of the text you selected 杉山 木村 金子 鈴木 guest1 guest1 gues1 guest1
