10 ぐえＳＴ２ Participants You can send a meeting call to participants. In a reservation edit window, click [meeting call], then the browser will be booted and the [Create Meeting Call] window will be open. Input a subject (title) and an additional comment and click the send button. The title you put here will be the subject of the email. When you click the [OK] button answering 「Is it OK to send？」, you send email to all participants. Note that participants have to set their email address on a [profile] to use this function. 5－5 Meeting call 5－6 Chat log Delete button Chat titles Contents of selected chats You can display a chat log that you made in the meeting. When you click a [chat log] in the reservation edit, a [chat log] will be open. Text subject you saved will be displayed in the left window. When you click the subject, a context of the text will be displayed in the right window. You can delete the chat log by clicking the subject in the left window and click [delete log] in the right window. guest１ user１ guest2 user１ guest1 user２ Display
